Students applying for acceptance to Trinity Chapel Academy must provide the following information along with a completed application:
- Certified copy of student's Birth Certificate - student must be 5 years of age before September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten.
- Copy of student's Social Security Card
- Georgia Certificate of Immunization - Form #3231
- Georgia Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Exam - Form #3300
- Teacher Recommendation Form - 2 forms - English and Math - are required for students applying for grades 6 - 10
- Administrator/Counselor Recommendation - Grades K - 10
- Release Authorization Form for students entering grades 1 - 10
- Copy of student's most recent report card and testing scores (ITBS or Stanford). TCA will use these documents to determine whether or not further testing is necessary for grade placement.
- Financial Agreement
All Kindergarten applicants will be tested during the months of March and April to determine Kindergarten readiness. Written notification of acceptance or the need for re-testing will be mailed to parents the week following Spring Break.
Academic and discipline records from previous schools will be requested for all students applying for grades 1 - 10. Once records are received, the admissions committee will review the application. Academic testing will be required for all applicants. Parents will be notified in writing of their student's testing appointment. Middle School and High School applicants will also be interviewed by the Headmaster and Middle / High School teachers. Notification of acceptance or denial will be mailed to parents as soon as possible after all steps of the application process have been completed.

- $100.00 - Application Fee (due upon application for all applications received prior to April 15th)
- $150.00 - Late Application Fee (due upon application for all applications received after April 15th)
- $340.00 - K - 5th Registration Fee (due upon acceptance)
- $380.00 - 6th - 8th Registration Fee (due upon acceptance)
- $475.00 - 9th and 10th Registration Fee (due upon acceptance)
- $60.00 - Science Lab Fee (due upon acceptance) 6th - 10th grades
- $5, 480.00 - K - 5th Grade Annual Tuition
- $5,620.00 - 6th - 8th Grade Annual Tuition
- $8,000.00 - 9th - 10th Grade Annual Tuition
- Sibling Discounts - Oldest student pays full tuition. Younger students will receive a 5% discount off of the published tuition rates.
- Extended Care $10 per student per day - No discounts apply
Payment Plans Available
- Full Pay - 3% discount given if tuition is paid in full by July 1st, 2008
- 10 Pay - Payments made by automatic bank draft through FACTS tuition management company.
Financial Aid
Student applications must be turned in to Trinity Chapel Academy before applying for Financial Aid. TCA will not reserve funds for financial assistance without a student application on file. Please contact the Admissions Office for information on applying for Financial Aid.
The deadline for applying for Financial Aid is March 15, 2008. All applications must be completed and supporting documents must be received prior to this date to be considered. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
