The Board of Trustees for Trinity Chapel Academy follows a policy governance model. This means they have set the policy for the school to follow, and it is up to the administration to enforce said policy and manage the school. All employment decisions are the purview of the headmaster. The major role of the Board is to advise, consent and dream with the TCA family. The Board emphasizes the Matthew 18 principle and asks that all grievances be handled directly with the individuals involved.
