Trinity Chapel Academy employs state certified teachers for the classroom in compliance with the Georgia Accrediting Commission. Our teachers offer a ministry to Christ in their classrooms, and the parents as well. The parental role of teachers at TCA requires the most significant character qualities. Our teachers love our children and have the ability to teach, they must also be able to communicate with and understand the concerns of parents. They must be willing to solicit and listen to parents’ input in educating their children. Other criteria for employment as an academic teacher at TCA includes:

All other personnel employed by TCA, in roles that are not teaching, should meet all of the above criteria except a college degree and teaching certificate.
