Enrollment fees include a Classroom Fee (K - 8th), and Science Lab Fee (6 - 12). These fees are due within 2 weeks of acceptance notification in order to complete the registration process and to reserve space for the 2012-2013 school year. Technology Fees of $500 per student (grades 6 - 12) are included in the Tuition. No discounts are applied to the Technology Fee.

Application Fee: $150.00 by April 1st / $175.00 after April 1st

Application and Enrollment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and are NOT applied to tuition. Sibling Rate is applied only to the youngest child or children in a family.

Financial Aid
Limited financial aid is available. Financial assistance from Trinity Chapel Academy is available by application only through FACTS and only after an admissions application has been submitted. The deadline to submit a completed application for financial assistance is March 1st for the 2011-2012 school year. Proof of income (current tax return and W-2’s) must also be submitted to FACTS for consideration.

Arete Scholarship
Available only to Kindergarten students and students transferring from a public school. Income limitations apply. Please visit www.aretescholars.org to submit your application. Approved families could receive up to $5800 in scholarship funds to be applied to their eligible students’ tuition.

House Bill 1133 Tax Credit/Scholarship Program
House Bill 1133, passed in 2008, allows GA tax payers to contribute a portion of their state tax liability into an approved student scholarship organization to benefit eligible students. Eligible students are those who are entering kindergarten or who are transferring from a public to a participating private school at any grade level.

Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends (any GA taxpayer) can contribute to the scholarship fund and receive a 100% credit on their GA state taxes. 90% of these funds may then be requested by the school and applied to an eligible student’s tuition. Tithing Discounts
Available to consistent tithing members of Trinity Chapel Church of God. Envelope number must be provided on the Financial Contract for this discount to apply. Tithing status will be verified by the Finance Office before the discount is applied.
